Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales / Lead Generation & Upsell Executive to generate, manage, and close leads from multiple platforms (Upwork, Google Maps, social media, and other online sources). This role is commission-based with no fixed salary, perfect for driven individuals with strong sales, upselling, and English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads from Upwork, Google Maps, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
- Make professional calls and communicate confidently in English with clients.
- Understand client needs and present suitable services, including upselling additional solutions where relevant.
- Close deals and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all project requirements are clear and delivered correctly.
- Track leads, performance, and conversions while improving strategies over time.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Requirement:
- Proven experience in sales, upselling, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Experience working across multiple platforms (Upwork, Google Maps, LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
- Excellent English communication and calling skills.
- Strong negotiation, upselling, and deal-closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Must work physically from the office.
