Our client is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their land development practice in Washington, DC. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior staff in developing design and technical documentation across all project phases.
  • Contribute to site design for a wide range of land development projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Prepare construction documents and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines, covering layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and more.
  • Assist with planning studies, preliminary/final design plans, and permitting documents.
  • Develop erosion and sediment control plans that meet state and local regulatory requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • E.I.T. certification (or in progress).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
  • 0–3 years of experience in land development or site civil engineering.
  • Strong interest in collaboration and teamwork.

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
