Our client is looking for a talented Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team. This person must possess a strong background in design, sales, project management, product knowledge and experience in CAD, 2020 or like design program. We are looking for someone creative, committed and detail oriented that can hit the ground running! Our Kitchen and Bath Designers are an integral part of our business.
Responsibilities will include:
• Must have exp in the design process for projects, from initial consultation to Kitchen & Bathroom and final installation.
• Greet customers in the showroom to understand their needs, review the offerings, options, ideas and pricing considering the customers preferences, and budget.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
• Develop a complete quote including materials, labor and all other applicable costs.
• Present design concepts and proposals, making revisions as necessary. Review options, pricing, production, and proposed installation schedule with customers.
• Once the customer agrees, have the customer sign the Design Agreement, ensure the customer initials each page of the design, complete any necessary manufacturer finish agreements with the customer signature, explain the payment schedule ensuring customer understands, and collect initial deposit.
• Order materials required.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of the installation crew.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Manage multiple project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned beginning to end
