As a CNA at our family care home, your role will be vital in supporting the independence and dignity of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility, while encouraging self-help skills.
• Presenting meals with care and assisting with transfers, escorts, and bedside comforts.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, promptly responding to call bells, and assisting with activities, transportation, linens, laundry, and cleaning equipment using proper infection control and PPE.
• Respectfully assisting residents with elimination needs.
• Accurately documenting care, reporting changes in condition or safety concerns to licensed staff, and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.

Your dedication will help ensure our residents feel valued, safe, and supported every day.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a CNA.
• Compassion and Respect: A genuine desire to support residents with dignity and care.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to accurately document care and report any changes or concerns.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative approach to working with staff and residents.
• Commitment to Safety: Familiarity with proper infection control and the use of PPE.
