Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Furniture Sales Specialist in Overland Park, KS. The role involves engaging with customers to provide tailored furniture solutions while delivering exceptional service. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with furniture selections, managing sales transactions, maintaining showroom presentation, and keeping up-to-date with product knowledge. The Furniture Sales Specialist will also participate in sales training and work to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand client needs and provide a superior shopping experience
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to guide customers through decision-making and achieve sales targets
- Experience in Training and Sales Management, with the ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a high-performing sales environment
