Furniture & Lighting Designer

Windsor Smith Home is expanding its licensed product program, and we are hiring a designer to own it from sketch to shipped SKU. This is not a conceptual role. You will draw furniture and lighting, take it through vendor sampling and specification, hold the line on quality through production, and serve as our day-to-day counterpart to licensing partners. The work is equal parts design instinct and development discipline, and we need someone who is genuinely fluent in both. You will work directly with Windsor and with our existing manufacturing and licensing partners. The product you develop carries the WSH name, so your eye matters as much as your process.
What You'll Do:
Windsor Smith Homes Inc
Windsor Smith has redefined the way we think about our homes. Across more than two decades, she has built a body of work spanning interiors, product design, and real estate, advancing groundbreaking ideas that challenge old paradigms of architecture and design. Her interiors—celebrated for their classicism, materiality, and emotional resonance—are the foundation of a practice that extends to product collaborations with respected home furnishings brands such as Century Furniture, Visual Comfort, and Kravet. She was a pioneer in luxury residential development, under her own brand and signature style, for innovators, creators, and global thought leaders alike. She is the author of Homefront: Design for Modern Living (Rizzoli).
