Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Classification: Non-exempt (hourly)
Pay Rate: $25-$30 hourly

General Job Description:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily operations within the pharmacy warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of the pharmaceutical products and supplies. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting pharmacy operations to meet patient and customer needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
· Ensure compliance with all pharmacy, safety, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, DEA, FDA, and stat board of pharmacy guidelines.
· Oversee proper handling, storage, and security of pharmaceuticals, including controlled substances.
· Maintain accurate inventory levels perform regular audits and reconcile discrepancies
· Train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff; promote adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Ensure proper documentation and chain of custody for all incoming and outgoing products.
· Monitor warehouse conditions to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with temperature and storage standards.
· Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
· Support compliance audits and assist with corrective action plans as needed.
· Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education
· High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience & Certifications
· 5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
· 2 years of experience in warehouse leadership
· OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
· Current forklift certification required (or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
· Proficient in WMS and/or Inventory Management software. Experience with Fishbowl, strongly preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
· Strong understanding of pharmaceutical storage and handling requirements (preferred)
· Demonstrated ability to build professional rapport, effectively lead a team and positively influence diverse groups
· Ability to effectively provide employees with instruction on process and practice
· Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.
· Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with general safety standards, quality specifications, and governmental requirements
· Ability to complete physically demanding work including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
· Strong aptitude to think critically, solve problems, and drive improvements in a professional and respectful manner.
· Excellent organizational, attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills
Work Environment:
This position requires work in a warehouse environment with frequent standing, lifting, bending, twisting, reaching and walking. Adherence to all safety and PPE requirements is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
· Must pass a background check and drug screen
· May require a pharmacy technician licensure or registration
· Authorized to work in the U.S (E-Verify employer)
Compensation and Benefit Summary:
Compensation will be determined based on skills, education, and experience. Compensation includes eligibility for performance-based quarterly bonuses.
