We’re looking for a Client Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
This role focuses on:
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling moves and deliveries
- Communicating clearly with clients
- Keeping daily operations organized
This position starts part-time but has strong potential to grow into a larger operational role as the business expands.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule moves, deliveries, and estimates
- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Keep job details organized and up to date
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Handle basic billing, receivables, and bookkeeping alongside our accountant
