About the Role
The Office Manager / Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day administrative needs while helping improve systems across the organization. This person will work closely with leadership, production teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management
- Manage daily office operations, scheduling, documentation, and communication
- Maintain organized filing systems, digital workflows, and compliance records
Human Resources Support
- Assist with onboarding, employee files, timekeeping, and HR documentation
- Support team culture through clear communication and a positive presence
Purchasing & Vendor Management
- Process purchase orders and track materials
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with the warehouse
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Operational Support
- Help optimize processes, tools, and systems for continuous improvement
- Assist with warehouse tasks, inspections, and coordination
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide excellent support for customers and partners
- Respond to inquiries and route information to the appropriate team
Marketing & Sales Support
- Assist in preparing presentations, brochures, and digital content
- Support front-end communications and basic CRM input
Who We're Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM tools, etc.)
- Positive attitude, resourceful, and willing to learn new systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings
- Experience in operations, office management, HR support, or purchasing is a plus
- Construction or manufacturing industry experience is a bonus but not required
