Role Description The Associate Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading daily store operations. This role oversees sales floor execution, customer experience, and visual merchandising to ensure the store meets brand standards and performance goals. The Associate Store Manager helps recruit, train, coach, and schedule store team members, fostering an inclusive, performance-driven culture. Typical responsibilities include managing opening and closing procedures, monitoring inventory levels, supporting loss prevention efforts, and analyzing sales reports to drive results. The role also collaborates with corporate partners on promotions and initiatives, ensuring consistent execution of company policies and a safe, welcoming environment for customers and team members.
