What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Gardener position at Designer Blooms?
Why we're hiring
Fall is our heaviest install season, and we're bringing on an experienced gardener to help us get it right. This isn't a crew-filler role, we're looking for someone who can walk a site, read what a garden needs, and make the call without waiting to be told.
About Designer Blooms
We design, install, and maintain gardens for clients across the Western Suburbs. Our clients own distinctive homes and commercial properties, and they expect their landscapes to be held to the same standard as their interiors, which means detail-oriented, white-glove service on every visit. Our crews are small, which means the person we hire will have real ownership over the beds they plant.
