Billing Specialist (Construction Finance)

As  Billing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects financially healthy and running smoothly. You are the person who makes sure the numbers tell the right story. 

• You maintain accurate project financial records and ensure transactions are recorded correctly. 
• You review and post entries to the general ledger and reconcile subsidiary accounts with confidence. 
• You partner with project teams to track, measure, and monitor financial performance so there are no surprises. 
• You support Concur administration by ensuring expense reports are processed and projects are properly set up. 
• You help lead month end close activities and keep everything on track. 
• You review and approve supplier invoices to make sure costs align with project budgets. 
• You audit project documentation including contracts and change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
• You prepare detailed balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports that help leadership make informed decisions.

• You bring at least five years of accounting or finance experience. 
• You are highly skilled in Excel and comfortable working with complex data. 
• You operate with integrity and take ownership of your work. 
• Experience in the material handling industry is a plus.
