Lead & Mentor: Guide junior designers; ensure quality work and team growth.
Own Projects: Manage multiple projects independently from design through CDs.
Deliver Design: Lead projects through entitlements, resolve issues, support production.
Client-Facing: Align goals, lead meetings, represent the firm with clients and agencies.
Code & Approvals: Navigate zoning, codes, and entitlement processes; attend city meetings and site visits.
Drive Innovation: Apply new tools, materials, and methods to improve design outcomes.

- Experience: 10 years in U.S.-based architectural design (hospitality, multifamily, or commercial).
- Education: US Bachelor’s degree required.
