- Maintain keen awareness of competitive environment, product trends and industy activities.
- Help support key assortment milestone activities and meetings including product review, assortment presentation and seasonal product trainings.
- Learn key roles & responsibilities within Assistant Merchant function, including SKU creation and data management, promotional planning and execution, sample management, marketing and digital exposure accuracy and more.
- Participate in vendor relations, from performance analysis, sourcing strategies and business reviews.
- Perform regular business analysis and provide actionable recommendations to optimize assortment performance
