Schedule: This is a full-time role with work hours from 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM. Your schedule can be flexible within these hours, depending on job requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a skilled leader who's ready to take charge, climb high, and inspire their crew. If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Tree Climber - Foreman!
- 5 years of experience on a crew
- 2 years of experience as a Foreman
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Being an ISA Certified Tree Worker or ISA Certified Arborist is a huge plus!

DAY-TO-DAY
In this position, you'll start your day by strategizing with your team to ensure smooth operations. You'll lead by example, climbing trees to expertly trim or remove them while prioritizing safety and efficiency. You'll connect with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. Throughout the day, you'll mentor and train your crew, sharing your expertise and encouraging their growth. You'll also maintain equipment and enforce safety protocols, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.
