This full-time landscaping manager job works 5:30 AM - 4 PM.
As a Landscape Construction Supervisor, your day kicks off with a team meeting to outline the day's projects and assign tasks. You head to the first job site, where you supervise the crew, ensuring everyone is on track and working efficiently. Your project management skills shine as you coordinate deliveries, troubleshoot any issues, and keep everything running smoothly. Throughout the day, you meet with clients to discuss progress and adjust plans as needed. Balancing budgets and monitoring profit numbers, you make strategic decisions to optimize resources. By day's end, you've successfully guided your team through challenges, meeting goals and exceeding expectations.
