Head of Growth, Innovation Program

d.tech | Reports to Executive Director

About the role

The Head of Growth owns the customer journey for d.tech's Innovation Program for both schools and individuals and the operational engine that runs it. You build and run the funnel that turns inbound interest, partner-school referrals, and outbound outreach into enrolled, retained, paying customers across three product lines: DYF (Design Your Future), IDP (Innovation Diploma Program), and ICP (Innovation Certificate Program).

The role spans high-touch B2B partnership sales with school principals and high-volume B2C enrollment for individuals and families. Your accountability is to the conversion math in d.tech's financial model.

Responsibilities

Individual enrollment (ICP)

  • Own intake for all parent and prospective-student inquiries with same-business-day response.
  • Maintain a top-50 prospective student pipeline, tracking each student’s stage in the enrollment process (e.g. inquiry, application, admitted, enrolled) and next steps.
  • Stand up the end-to-end customer-success journey: readiness assessment, application, payment, welcome, mid-program check-in, completion, alumni follow-up.
  • Run the enrollment marketing calendar with the marketing partner: webinars, email campaigns, audience-specific landing pages (Oracle employees first), parent-network outreach.
  • Coordinate cohort logistics with the Admin Specialist.
  • Convert cohort-school participants into individual ICP enrollees through structured follow-up.

Partner-school sales (DYF IDP)

  • Maintain a top-20 prospective-school pipeline, refreshed monthly.
  • Run the conference and outreach calendar.
  • Prep the Executive Director for principal-level engagement calls and run follow-up.
  • Coordinate school tours of d.tech @ Oracle.
  • Draft, negotiate, and shepherd MOUs through signature in coordination with Vertex Education (School Finance partner).
  • Onboard newly signed schools and run quarterly check-ins with all active partners.

Operations & infrastructure

  • Own HubSpot (or equivalent CRM): pipeline hygiene, automated sequences, dashboards.
  • Build and maintain inbound auto-response and nurture sequences.
  • Manage the contracts / MOU lifecycle: templates, redlines, signature, storage, renewals.
  • Coordinate billing and payments with the Admin Specialist and Vertex Education.
  • Maintain the program metrics dashboard and deliver a weekly pipeline report to the ED.
  • Maintain the grant-reporting calendar; track deliverables against signed agreements.

Marketing-partner management

  • Manage the marketing-partner vendor relationship.
  • Set quarterly priorities and approve content themes, audience targeting, and campaigns.
  • Hold the partner to performance: leads delivered, conversion rates, cost per enrolled student.

Who you are

  • 5 years in growth, partnerships, enrollment, or business development — ideally bridging B2B and B2C.
  • Demonstrated experience building or running a sales or enrollment funnel end-to-end.
  • Hands-on with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation.
  • Strong written communication; comfortable representing the organization with both school principals and parents.
  • Comfortable in build-it environments where the system doesn't yet exist. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential.
  • Mission-aligned with K-12 education and design-thinking pedagogy.
