We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Helper / Laborer to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to learn the construction trades and advance within our company.
The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, works well with others, and takes pride in doing quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters and foremen on residential renovation projects
- Load and unload materials
- Perform demolition and job site preparation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Assist with carpentry, tile, painting, drywall, and general construction tasks
- Follow directions and work safely at all times
Requirements:
- Construction experience preferred but willing to train the right person
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must have basic hand tools (preferred)
