WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Night Maintenance Worker, your daily work centers around the meticulous upkeep of our equipment. You proactively ensure machinery is in top condition by performing preventive maintenance and quickly troubleshooting any mechanical issues that arise. You use precision measuring and testing instruments to pinpoint problems and make sure parts fit perfectly, whether you're adjusting a motor or a conveyor system. You're constantly communicating with your team and production staff to manage routine maintenance and document everything you do to maintain continuity. Your commitment to keeping a clean, safe workspace and your ability to work on a variety of machines mean you are an essential part of our operation and a key contributor to the entire team.
What You'll Need:
- High school education or technical training
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, performing maintenance duties, is preferred
