About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized Business & Sales Operations Coordinator to support sales meetings, proposals, vendor communication, and product review for a fast-paced home décor and consumer products company.This role includes attending buyer meetings, preparing proposals and recaps, assisting with sourcing and QC, and creating clean retailer presentations. Creativity is helpful but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend buyer calls/meetings; take clear and detailed follow-up notesPrepare proposals, meeting recaps, and next-step summariesCommunicate with vendors (samples, updates, timelines, product details)Assist with product review, QC checks, and sourcing projectsBuild professional retailer presentations (Google Slides/PowerPoint)Track project status and maintain spreadsheetsSupport day-to-day business tasks as priorities shiftRequirementsStrong organizational and follow-through skillsExcellent written communicationComfortable in sales/buyer-facing environmentsProficient in Google Slides/PowerPoint and Excel/SheetsAble to handle multiple projects at onceCreative ability helpful, but not requiredExperience in wholesale with national chain retailers OR experience on the retail buying side is a major plusExperience in consumer products, design, sourcing, or retail is beneficial
