This is a temporary paid position created to help a student achieve required course credit hours for their required internship. It is the responsibility of the intern to provide the required documentation for employer to complete for the intern to receive course credit.
Role Description
- Meet with project manager(s) to receive direction on work to be produced for the day as well as weekly tasks. These meetings are held each week and are crucial to keeping the studio's workflow moving at a productive pace
- Under the direction of an interior designer, select finish options for projects for design team review
- Under the direction of an interior designer, produce construction documents and pick-up document redlines
- Under the direction of an interior designer, create renderings and presentation boards for client meetings
- Participate in office activities, initiatives, and learning programs
- Manage Resource Library including return samples, order samples, schedule rep appointments, and library clean-up
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an architecture and/or interior design program working towards a bachelor’s degree or just graduated
- Experience with Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp preferred
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills

- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly
- Pursuing an Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architectural Design degree
