About This Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Interior Design Assistant to join our team in Miami. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Miami office.

Location: Miami, FL — On-site only. Remote work is not available for this position.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required), including:
- Creating detailed architectural and interior design models
- Developing construction documentation sets
- Producing millwork details, elevations, sections, and custom detailing
- Managing material libraries, families, and project standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is a plus
- Experience with 3D visualization/rendering software such as SketchUp, Enscape, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and interior architectural systems
Design & Creative Skills
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for scale, proportion, color, texture, and materiality
- Ability to develop creative design concepts while maintaining functionality and budget awareness
- Ability to assist in sourcing furniture, lighting, finishes, plumbing fixtures, accessories, and custom design elements
- Strong ability to create compelling client presentations and mood boards
- Ability to sketch ideas and communicate design intent visually

- 1 years of experience in residential or high-end interior design preferred
- Experience in luxury residential projects is strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating with millworkers, fabricators, contractors, and vendors
- Experience attending site visits, taking field measurements, and assisting with installation/styling
Responsibilities
- Assist senior designer with design development from concept through construction
- Prepare drawing sets, presentations, and material boards
- Assist with furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories selections
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors
- Attend client meetings, showroom visits, and job site visits
- Support project documentation, specifications and budgeting
- Assist with project installations, styling, and final punch-list reviews
