Design Science is a human factors research firm dedicated to improving the usability and safety of medical devices. We’re looking for a Strategic Partnership Associate (SPA) to recruit paid participants for our user-centered research studies across the U.S.
This isn’t your typical recruiting role—it’s about building meaningful relationships with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals to drive impactful research that improves lives.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and screen study participants (patients, caregivers, clinicians)
- Build partnerships with healthcare organizations and advocacy groups
- Develop creative recruitment strategies and outreach campaigns
- Coordinate logistics and maintain participant databases (Salesforce)
- Occasionally support front desk and hospitality operations
What You Bring
- 1–2 years in recruiting, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to cold call, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
