Internship Overview
This internship is designed to give the participant hands-on experience as part of the Caps Direct Creative Design Team, CRI. The intern will enhance their skills as they focus on cap development, graphic development, product photography and color correction for flyers, catalogs, and websites.
Responsibilities
- Understand the company and how the creative team supports our Caps Direct team.
- Learn how the creative team utilizes technologies/tools on a daily basis (i.e. Wrike, Centric, Caps Direct Illustrator Script Template)
- Develop 3-5 headwear art boards daily.
- Expand knowledge on photography and photoshop techniques.
- Create flyers for mail chimp using templates.
- Design 5-8 headwear graphics for a customer.
- Develop confidence in using our project management software, Wrike; working on multiple projects and communicating within Wrike.
- Add projects to your portfolio!
- Showcase achievements and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Strong portfolio, demonstrating design skills.
- Creative eye, strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and contribute.
