Art Technical Review (ATR) Administrator

Branded Custom Sportswear, Inc. is a Licensee of NIKE.  We manufacture and market decorated Collegiate Licensed clothing and accessories to the College Bookstore market, nationally.  We are a division of Design Resources, Inc. located in Overland Park, KS comprised of five entities which are all related to the Apparel Industry. Responsibilities:

• Field art / order inflow from ASR (Account Services) for screen-print, embroidery, and other product categories.
• Review production jobs for art solution viability (via art-on-garment combos), taking into account garment minimums, garment size restrictions, print locations relative to the BCS seasonal placement guide,  special program handling, etc.
• Collaborate with fellow ATR staff and production art personnel regarding proper BCS art handling rules and guidelines.  
• Complete BAR Comp (Base Art Review Composite) pdf documents as production art direction tools for incoming orders, as needed.
• Enter all required art review components into SAP specific to ATR handling. 
• Collaborate regularly with a variety of other department personnel regarding proper BCS art handling rules, guidelines, and exchange of information.  
• Expedite individual order-flow through the ATR department as rush seasons come and go, effectively transferring jobs on to the Production Art Department.

Requirements:

• Basic - Adobe Illustrator software and design skills.
• An eye for good design layout and color treatment handling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pay attention to many details simultaneously.
• Ability to handle many work orders at various stages of completion.
• Experience with screen print art creation and the application process.
