Position Summary
Debug, code, and implement feature updates and enhancements in established software programs and applications (including web applications) to support the company’s strategic business objectives and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Code, test and debug programs using appropriate programming languages and databases.
- Provides support by maintaining and modifying existing applications. This includes fixing bugs reported by users and adding new features.
- Write and design new program code for both desktop and web-based applications to satisfy a defined feature list.
- Write and maintain programming documentation. This includes in-code documentation and user guides.
- Work with software development team to architect and plan new desktop and web-based applications.
- Create unit tests to confirm the functionality of code.
- Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
Education | Experience
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent software development experience
- 2 years of development experience
- Technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation
- Experience in .NET. C# and ASP.NET required. Experience in the following .NET technologies is useful: MVC,MVVM, Entity Framework
- Additional knowledge in any of the following is useful: HTML, JavaScript, Android, Java

- Strong written and oral Communication Skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills
Compensation amp; Benefits:
- Competitive Salary :$73,500 - $85,000 annually DOE

Design Ready Controls is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. This listed range is based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.
Salary : $73,500 - $85,000
