Office Operations and Accounting Support Administrator

Based in Macedonia, OH, this full-time role anchors order entry, customer updates, weekly KPI reporting, and day-to-day office support. You’ll also assist our accounting team with AP/AR work, from invoice processing and cash application to reconciling customer and vendor statements.

• Order Excellence: Enter customer orders in the ERP with accuracy; confirm shipment and delivery dates; provide proactive status updates
• Data & Reporting: Build and circulate weekly KPI reports that keep the team aligned
• Finance Support: Assist with AP/AR; process cash applications; input and process invoices; perform statement reconciliations
• Office Backbone: Answer and direct calls; maintain organized electronic and paper files; support staff and leadership; help with special projects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience using ERP systems (IQMS or equivalent welcome)
• Customer service background with excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
• Basic accounting knowledge; AP/AR experience preferred
