Role Description

Design Mode is hiring a Business Development Manager who understands event design and production and loves getting out there, meeting people, and turning connections into clients.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. This is for someone who thrives in the room, builds relationships naturally, and knows how to spot opportunities before anyone else does.

You’ll be working alongside our creative team to turn ideas into fully realized experiences across décor, florals, rentals, and custom fabrication.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service and client relationship management skills
- Experience with event management and event planning logistics
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the event design or hospitality industry is an advantage
