The Delivery Driver will operate a tractor-trailer that transports cargo to and from specified destinations. Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service. Loads, secures, verifies, and unloads cargo.

Job Description
The Delivery Driver will operate a tractor-trailer that transports cargo to and from specified destinations. Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service. Loads, secures, verifies, and unloads cargo.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers which may include assistance with unloading, ensuring delivery material, etc.
- Loads truck with daily deliveries, unloads product at worksites
- Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and internal policies and procedures. Reports vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage before and after the route
- Complies with all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations. Maintains records such as vehicle logs and bills of ladings in accordance with guidelines
- Assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking all incoming material
- Assist periodically in Sheetmetal fabrication shop when deliveries are fulfilled
- Minimum of Class A License with DOT Medical Card (highly preferred) or the ability to obtain CDL Class A License and DOT Medical Card within 6 months
- One (1) year of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations preferred
- Be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
