Cleaning and Housekeeping of New Builds

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Housekeeping Specialist for New Build properties to join our professional team. This role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in newly constructed buildings, ensuring they are ready for occupancy. Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of new build properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization.
• Conduct detailed window cleaning using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure clarity and streak-free finishes.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as mops and vacuums safely and efficiently.
• Handle various cleaning chemicals responsibly, adhering to safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Execute specialized tasks such as floor care, walls and other areas of the home.
• Manage lifting tasks related to cleaning supplies or equipment transportation while following manual handling safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment, ensuring proper storage and regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while upholding safety standards.

Experience

• Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to new construction environments, including dust removal from surfaces and detailed sanitation procedures.
• Experience window cleaning, and other specialized cleaning machinery.
• Knowledge of chemical handling protocols, including safe storage and usage of cleaning agents.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
