We’re seeking a Project Manager with mechanical project experience who can oversee budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery from bid to completion. This role supports HVAC-focused construction or retrofit projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet performance, cost, and timeline goals. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured project execution and working closely with field and engineering teams. Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical/HVAC project planning from pre-bid through closeout.Create and maintain project schedules and financial tracking using MS Project or similar tools.Support estimating activities, bid preparation, and subcontractor evaluations using platforms such as Bluebeam or BidTracer.Monitor budget performance and cost forecasting to maintain financial targets.Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, and milestones.
