We are seeking a Product Development Engineer with expertise in designing and improving thermal management systems for advanced data center environments. This role will focus on innovation in HVAC and cooling solutions that enhance energy efficiency, system reliability, and long-term performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of new cooling systems and components for data centers, including HVAC and thermal management solutions.
- Apply CFD/FEA tools to evaluate airflow, heat transfer, and thermal performance for system optimization.
- Create detailed product models and drawings in SolidWorks to support manufacturing and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate design feasibility, cost, and manufacturability.
- Participate in validation and performance testing to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in product design or development, preferably in data center, HVAC, or thermal management industries.
- Strong background in thermal analysis, cooling systems, and mechanical design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks with proven experience modeling and documenting complex systems.
- Hands-on experience using CFD/FEA tools for product development and validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.
