We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to support in the daily operations in the interior design industry and needs of the owner. The ideal candidate will possess strong Quicken/Quickbooks skills, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite in this face paced environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including but not limited to, invoicing, procurement, filing, organizing.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Prepare Invoice and contracts.
- Maintain organized systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite for document creation, data entry, and collaboration.
- Support with various projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE proficiency in Quicken/Quickbooks is essential.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and filing system.
- Ability to work independently.
