About the Role
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced electricians on commercial construction projects, learning the trade while helping install, maintain, and repair electrical systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build real skills, and grow your career in a company that invests in its people.
What You’ll Do

Assist with installing and repairing electrical materials, devices, and fixtures

Measure, cut, and prepare conduit, Unistrut, and materials using hand and power tools

Learn conduit bending and fabrication of supports

Pull wire for branch and feeder circuits

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized jobsite

Participate in daily safety meetings, job briefings, and stretch-and-flex routines

Follow supervisor direction and ask questions to learn and improve every day
What We’re Looking For

Familiarity with hand and power tools with a strong focus on safety

Ability to accurately read a tape measure

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn a skilled trade

Interest in enrolling in our apprenticeship program and growing through on-the-job training

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and work on active jobsites throughout the day
