We also specialize in printing retail ready apparel for business, military, schools, and sporting franchises. Not only that, but we cater to clients for doing custom work on one off items such as adding a photograph to a shirt with text or recreating their own vision onto apparel.

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate/printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with experience in retail environments. You must be able to be productive working alone. Having a creative mindset for clients ideas is a must! If you enjoy engaging with customers and have a flair for promoting products, this role is perfect for you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Creating and designing basic illustration's for clients
- Printing custom apparel using different methods offered in house - embroidery,DTG
- Monitor and respond to emails. Answer questions regarding products, pricing, artwork, and order status.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and offer advice to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with excellent phone etiquette and email.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
**Skills:**
- Adobe illustrator and photoshop knowledge.
- Proven experience in retail sales, product sales, electronics sales, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.13 - $20.00 per hour
