This role requires regular interaction with clients, prospective tenants, and team members to ensure a smooth operation of property management activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
