As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be primarily responsible for pulling product for customer orders, preparing shipments, and loading trucks while ensuring safety at all times.

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Material Handler to join our St. Louis, MO team with a start time of 7:30 AM. As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be primarily responsible for pulling product for customer orders, preparing shipments, and loading trucks while ensuring safety at all times.
What You'll Do
- Pull orders accurately as assigned for daily deliveries
- Act as support for route drivers on an as-needed basis
- Stage orders according to truck location and verify the accuracy of pallets, etc.
- Load trucks for daily and special deliveries
- Use power equipment including, but not limited to forklift
- Recognize damaged product at any point in the process and take appropriate action
- Assist customers and/or drivers in loading materials into vehicles and trucks
- Perform housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a fast-paced, distribution or warehouse environment preferred, but not required
- High attention to detail and strong math skills to ensure accuracy
- Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)
- Ability to be trained to use forklifts and other warehouse machinery
- Work on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of time
- Willing to work overtime as needed
