Residential HVAC Service Technician
Overview:This position will provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC Systems
Pay: $32.00 to $42.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm
What you will be doing:
- Residential & Light commercial Service & maintenance
- Service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Annual Maintenance, cleaning and diagnostics
- Diagnostics for refrigeration cycles, air flow, mini splits and heat pumps
- Customer service & communicating with customers on system enhancement products and replacement options
- Assist with training junior technicians
What we are looking for:
- 3 years of HVAC residential service experience
- Commercial service experience a plus
- EPA Universal Certification
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Solid understanding of HVAC system design and ductwork modifications
- Experience working with low voltage HVAC systems
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and fittings
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $32 - $42
