This role will support and oversee high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of construction methods, enjoys working collaboratively with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients, and is motivated to grow within a quality-driven company.Responsibilities Manage and/or support all phases of construction projects from planning through closeoutCoordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendorsAssist with or lead project scheduling, sequencing, and milestone trackingCoordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspectionsSecure and track permits and approvalsReview construction documents, shop drawings, and submittals Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with all building and safety regulationsSupervise field staff and subcontractors as required by role levelMaintain organized project documentation and provide regular progress reports Qualifications1–5 years of construction project management experience (role level adjusted based on experience) Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems in NYCAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and construction/project management softwareFamiliarity with NYC permitting, DOB processes, and residential construction standards preferredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to break complex projects into manageable steps and prioritize effectively
