Example Of Duties
- Assists with engineering design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Supports drafting, surveying, and office project coordination.
- Performs basic field measurements and assists with construction staking under supervision.
- Helps prepare topographic maps and transfer digital data for surveys.
- Assists in the design of Agency facilities by preparing simple plans and profiles.
- Performs basic computations for quantity estimates and grade lines.
- Provides support for hydrologic and hydraulic studies under guidance.
- Assists with inspection procedures during construction projects.
- Helps maintain databases and collect operational data for reporting requirements.
- Utilizes computer programs for basic pipeline design and drafting tasks.
- Assists with preparation of construction specifications and cost estimates.
