About the Role:
Desert View Hospice is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a per diem 1099 contractor. This role involves providing patient care visits across the Inland Empire region, including Hemet, Yucaipa, Rancho Cucamonga, and Moreno Valley nearby areas.
We are looking for someone who is dependable and available on a consistent basis to support our growing patient population through scheduled visits.
Pay Rates (Per Visit):
- Routine Visit: $45
- Urgent Visit: $65
- Death Visit: $85
- IDG Participation: $45
- In-Service Attendance: $45
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes or facilities
- Follow care plans and coordinate with the hospice team
- Provide symptom management, wound care, and patient education
- Document all visits thoroughly and timely
- Participate in team meetings and trainings when needed
Requirements:
- Active CA LVN license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the High Desert
- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Per visit compensation (rates listed above)
