Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during gastrointestinal procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques to prevent infection.
- Document patient information and procedure details accurately in medical records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following all health regulations.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to the gastrointestinal system.
- Familiarity with medical terminology used in gastroenterology settings.
- Experience with infection control practices.
