Job Title: Academic Primary Care Physician – Full-TimeLocation: Desert Valley Medical Center, Victorville, CAEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition Overview:Desert Valley Medical Center, a respected healthcare institution in the High Desert region, is seeking a dedicated Academic Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time. This unique position combines clinical practice with academic responsibilities, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to both patient care and the education of the next generation of healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• Currently, there are 21 Primary Care Providers in the group.
• Primary Care (BC or BE - Internal Medicine and Family Medicine)
• Academic Opportunity - will support local Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Residency Programs.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) 1 weekend a month.
• Starting salary is $250,000. (Negotiable)
• Base Salary Productivity Bonus
• Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.
• Position in Victorville, CA around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA
• Supports J-1 visa waiver sponsorship.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $250,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
