What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Desert Title Services?
Desert Title & Tag is growing and now looking for customer service oriented personnel to help assist our customers with their motor vehicle needs in our Gilbert office. Desert Title is a third party motor vehicle service that provides an alternative to customers in need of vehicle titles and registration.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a desire to learn and who is customer service oriented.

Compensation beginning at $17 per hour or more with experience in the Auto Title Documentation industry or MVD experience. Must be available to work Saturdays. No Sundays!
Computer navigation and typing skills a must. Must be able to pass an FBI background check and have a current driver's license.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle, file, and record documentation.
- Perform all vehicle related transactions.
- Be flexible and meet deadlines.
- Maintain efficiency standards.
- Communicate with all customers in a professional manner by telephone, email, correspondence and in person.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a valid Arizona driver's license
- Proven customer service skills (1 to 2 years minimum)
- Must enjoy working with people in person
- Ability to use a computer to record documentation
- Must have fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Must be able to produce a high volume of titles with minimal errors.
- FINGERPRINT CHECK REQUIRED
- Background Check Required
- Must be able to type 40 words per minute and familiar with 10 key.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
