- Primary Routes: Dedicated freight from SLC to California and Phoenix (back to SLC).
- Secondary Routes: Occasional runs to the PNW and Denver.
- Freight: 100% No-Touch. Most inbound loads are drop trailers in Salt Lake.
- Equipment: Assigned late-model trucks (less than 3 years old) and reefer trailers. Trucks are equipped with inverters and refrigerators.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $75,000 – $100,000 per year (depending on home time).
- Mileage: We pay off the odometer for every mile you drive.
- Home Time: Home weekly! Most drivers are home 3 nights per week.
- Insurance: Health and Dental insurance available for full-time employees after 60 days.
- PTO: Paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
- Flexibility: Full-time and Part-time positions available with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailer equipment.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections.
- Ensure on-time delivery for all appointments.
- Monitor and maintain proper reefer temperatures throughout transit.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class A CDL (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience (Required).
- Manual Transmission: Experience with manuals is a major plus.
- Compliance: Acceptable MVR and current Medical Card.
