Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shipment and receipt of goods, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Develop and implement transportation plans to optimize routes and reduce costs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of logistics activities.
- Manage and maintain records of inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Use SQL to analyze and report on logistics data, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and transportation management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate special projects related to logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and their application in logistics operations.
- Experience with MRP systems and their use in inventory control.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with transportation planning and management software.
- Ability to analyze data and apply findings to improve logistics operations.
- Strong inventory control skills, including the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.28 - $20.14 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
