Overview
Our patient-centered, multidisciplinary pain management practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in patient care along with experience or a strong interest in pain management.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care, conduct comprehensive assessments, support diagnostic and treatment planning, and ensure full compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and use clinical findings, patient history, and symptom assessment to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing management of chronic pain conditions.
- Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests (imaging, labs, etc.) clearly and accurately.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and determine appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, test results, procedures, and treatment options in a supportive and easy-to-understand manner.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and optimal clinical outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response.
- Recommend additional therapies, schedule follow-up visits, and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
- Review and integrate external medical records and specialist reports into patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in line with HIPAA, state, federal, and practice standards.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona.
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona
- Current BLS certification.
- Active DEA license.
- Experience in pain management, primary care, physical medicine, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care

Pay: $120,000.00 - $132,440.89 per year
