Valid California Credential: Single Subject Physical Education
CPR/First Aid card required upon hire
- Certificate Copy (CBEST, NTE, PRAXIS,CSET and/or MSAT)
- Copy of Transcript
- Credential Copy
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters of Recommendation dated within the last 18 months.)
