This isn't just another front desk position. We are looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator who wants to help build something special from the ground up. You will help shape systems, influence the patient experience and become an important part of our founding team.
Compensation is based on a clearly defined level system that considers experience, technical knowledge, role specific skills, independence and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.

What You Will Do
- Create a warm, polished first impression in person, by phone and through every patient interaction
- Schedule strategically to support productivity and smooth patient flow
- Verify insurance, explain benefits and coordinate claim submission and follow-up
- Present treatment plans, financial arrangements and payment options with confidence
- Manage patient communications, follow-up and collections
- Help develop systems and participate in community events and local marketing

- Have at least 2 years of dental front-office experience
- Are confident discussing treatment, insurance and finances

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental front-office experience required
- Strong dental insurance and treatment presentation knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curve software experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation for community events
