What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative/Accounting HVAC position at Desert Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.?
Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Company is looking for a Administrative Assistant that can handle a broad job scope. Knowledge of HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING trade and/or previous office experience is a plus.
Responsibilities Will Include: Answer phones, monitor emails, provide customer service, billing, data entry, dispatch, communicate with field technicians, and prepare quotes. Looking for reliable individual.
Must be able to work independently and support the needs of the techs on short notice. With your knowledge/work experience of the HVAC business you would need minimal training and be ready to assist the office manager by taking on various tasks.
Looking to hire immediately, Monday-Thursday, 12am-5pm Fridays 9am-5pm
